EY Consulting is made up of three sub-service lines: Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services. 

Business Consulting works with clients to reimagine or transform their business purpose and model; create growth; manage cost and efficiency; respond to market pressures and regulation; and resolve operational challenges. The scope of this team encompasses innovation, strategy and purpose, through deep functional experience in business transformation, finance, supply chain and operations, providing support for the complex and large-scale program and portfolio management.

Finance Consulting - helps assess and transform our clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness. We help organizations implement service and cost improvement initiatives, and embed a performance management process and culture that unites the business around its core objectives.

Business Transformation - a m?ultidisciplinary competency, gathering capabilities in transformation architecture, experience design, business design and transformation execution to problem-solve, design and deliver large scale, multi-year, multi-stakeholder transformation programs.

Supply Chain and Operations - we provide a unique combination of industry-specific, strategic, operational and financial insights, digital technology advances and strategic alliance partners to deliver better outcomes and also help clients effect fundamental change in their operations' performance to support sales growth, become more cost competitive, minimize risk and ensure operational resilience.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or R and detailed knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras with a minimum of 3 years professional experience.- Expertise in implementing, validating, and enhancing AI models and applications, including comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies, algorithms, and cloud platforms. Experience with API creation using languages like Flask and expertise in writing SQL queries is a must.- Demonstrated experience in advanced machine learning techniques including but not limited to hyper-parameter tuning, cross-validation using Grid Search CV and Randomized CV, and cloud deployments. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and the deployment of machine learning models in production environments is necessary.

Qualification
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or R and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Keras. Minimum of 2 years of experience applying these skills in a professional setting.- Proven experience in developing, validating, and implementing AI models and applications, including extensive knowledge of AI technologies and algorithms.- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI procedures and deep understanding of machine learning concepts, data analytics, and statistical modeling techniques.- Efficient in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives, with excellent problem-solving ability and communication skills, and comfort working in a dynamic, research-oriented team with several ongoing concurrent projects.Experience
1-2 years of experience in AI amd Gen AI 
Strong analytical, communication, programming and presentation skills
